Maya 2017 Simple Explosion with Fluids and Particles Tutorial with Project file

Hello. I just wanted to create this kind of explosion effect in action movies but I couldn't find how to make it.

So I created my own with particles and fluids in maya

and I made a tutorial video but it's kind of confusing and maybe it won't get you the result you want so I uploaded a project files
